 while flaunting his abs of steel which he sculpted as a consequence of heavy manual work.
Shi Shenwei broadcasts live from the construction site of a Buddhist temple in the village of Huangshan,
in southeast China’s Fujian Province. His job of moving bricks has inspired his online pseudonym “banzhuanxiaowei,” or the man who carries bricks, and his fan base exceeded one million followers in June.

Shi has incorporated his tough and demanding work into his fitness regime, and added regular exercise as a plus, sharing his routine live with his enthusiastic audience.
