The incredible physical feats of Bangladesh’s coalmining women

These women are not performing acrobatics, but making a living.
Bangladeshi women working at coal mines have to carry baskets filled with coal on their heads and walk on thin wooden boards used as ramps.
It requires great balancing skills and strength, but women do not get as much pay as their male counterparts, with men earning three US dollars per day at the mines, while women get 2.5 dollars for the same job.
