The person who hired them is still unidentified and in general.
President Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters Wednesday that law enforcement agencies would continue to search for those who ordered the murder of Nemtsov, noting that such cases are generally very solve.

Nemtsov, former Russian Deputy Prime Minister and open critic of Putin, was shot dead around midnight on 27 February 2015 near the Kremlin.
