Qian Xiaofeng, Mantou’s father, decided to be a full time “house husband” right after his daughter's birth. “I want her to have a happy childhood,” said Qian. He started his fashion career from designing headbands for his daughter.

Qian has been studying in Paris for eight years, learning International Business and Marketing. But he has always been an artist, spending nine years painting during his childhood. Mantou’s birth gave him a reason to pick up this interest again after working in business for years.

Having taken a tailor program for half a year, Qian had made over a hundred dresses for his daughter. “I generally spend weeks in observing details of the dress on cartoon,” said Qian. “Each dress takes me a few months to make.”
